Refund Policy

At Hispluss, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the consumable and personal nature of our Ayurvedic wellness products, refunds are subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for:

    • Orders cancelled before dispatch.

    • Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • A refund request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear unboxing images/videos as proof.

Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be initiated to your bank account or UPI ID as provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Returns without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address provided by the customer.
