At Hispluss, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the consumable and personal nature of our Ayurvedic wellness products, refunds are subject to the following terms:
Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for:

Orders cancelled before dispatch.

Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

A refund request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear unboxing images/videos as proof.
Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used during purchase.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be initiated to your bank account or UPI ID as provided.
Non-Refundable Situations

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Returns without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address provided by the customer.
